We offer a free 24-hour trial before any purchase. We encourage you to test the service fully before committing to a paid subscription.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once credentials have been issued and the service has been accessed. Exceptions are made in the following cases:

• The service was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours
• You were charged incorrectly (duplicate payment, wrong amount)
• Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the service at all

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at kit@webflowmt.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We review each request individually and respond within 48 hours.

Reseller Credits

Reseller credit purchases are non-refundable once panel access has been granted.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds for crypto payments are issued as service credits rather than direct refunds.
