What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, billing address, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as IP address and connection timestamps for security and troubleshooting purposes.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: process payments and deliver service credentials, send order confirmation emails, respond to support requests, and prevent fraud and abuse.
Data Storage
Your data is stored on WooCommerce (our e-commerce backend) hosted in the EU. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers. Card data is tokenised and handled entirely by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider in compliance with PCI DSS v4.0. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at kit@webflowmt.com to exercise these rights.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax compliance.
Support Chat
When you use the support chat on our website, we store what you type, the replies you receive, the page you were on and your IP address for 30 days, then delete them automatically. We use these conversations to answer follow-ups and to improve our help answers. Please do not type payment card details into the chat.
